Gear design: We are committed on supporting the R&D efforts of our customers thereby reducing the development costs.

We have a strong team of gear making company of more than 35 engineers( gear design company, custom gear design). Using the latest versions of AutoCAD、SolidWorks、Kisssoft and database management system they produce the engineering process plans necessary to meet the necessary part tolerances through prototypes, PPAP and mass production.

Professional experience: Our company has more than 40 years of experience in gear manufacture and inspection. We have also gained experience in OEM and ODM projects. The technology covers EV, hybrid or non-hybrid vehicles from E-Bikes to trucks. We can offer our customers professional advice on design and manufacturing issues.

Phase planning: In the stage of sample development we also start to plan for future mass production. Early discussion and improvements in technical issues such as process and tooling molds enables all parties to prepare for stable mass production as soon as possible. This can save a lot of time and cost.

Quality management: We have a large and diverse quality inspection team certified by CQT and CQE. We posess ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, AS 9100, IATF 16949 and other certifications so we can meet international norms for the quality and documentation needed by international end-users.

Supply chain: Our supply chain management team works closely with our suppliers. This allows us to make adjustments at any time according to demand and ensures cooperation for future projects.

Project management: Each project has a dedicated multi department project team to ensure efficiency, timing and supply real-time feedback to our customers.

We have many years international shipping experience. More than 90% of our products are exported, and we are proficient in various trade conditions (EXW, FCA, FAS, FOB, CFR, CIF, CPT, CIP, DAT, DAP, DDP)
